The Mission of Career
Services is to support and empower Goodwin College students
in developing, evaluating and effectively implementing their career
plans. Ultimately, it is crucial for students to self-manage their own
lifetime career development. We further strive to partner with faculty,
staff, employers and alumni in the career development process through
collaborative relationships and classroom presentations. To fulfill this
mission, Career Services provides counseling, résumé and cover letter
writing assistance and review, job search preparation, interviewing
skills, career workshops, and recruiting activities. Our goal is to
assist Goodwin College students to become the best possible career-ready
