What are the faculty’s
credentials?
All full-time faculty hold, at minimum, a master’s degree. They are experts in
their respective fields and innovative teachers dedicated to your success.
How and when should I apply for
financial aid?
Apply online for your FAFSA. The best
time to file is between January 1 and early February; however, Goodwin College
does not enforce a deadline for
new
entering students.

What’s next?
It is important that you also contact the Goodwin College Admissions
Department to arrange for a financial aid interview. When you arrive on
campus the College most likely will have received your financial aid
information. It is important to enter the Goodwin College code 015833
when submitting your FAFSA application.
What are the typical tuition
costs and fees?
Your costs will vary according to your program and amount of financial aid.
Most Goodwin students start classes with little or no out-of-pocket expense.

What are Goodwin’s general
Admissions requirements?
- An interview with an admission officer.
- A completed Application for Admission.
(Selective programs such as Nursing
require a special application).
- Proof of high school graduation or equivalent sent to the College prior to
the completion of your first semester.
- A non-refundable application fee of $50.
- To receive transfer credit for course work completed at another college or
university, you must request that an official transcript and a copy of the
institution’s catalog be sent to the Registrar.

What is the Goodwin College
history?
Goodwin College was founded in 1999. Its roots date back to 1962 as The Data
Institute Business School, a private career school. Today, Goodwin College is
the fastest growing institution of its size in the state of Connecticut, with
a 53% increase in enrollment since 2003.
